We are looking forward to this Saturday, our first of the winter racing season at Ruakaka for our annual Bream Bay Business raceday where local sponsors get together and enjoy fun afternoon at the races. The first race starts at 12.05pm and the last race at 4.18pm. 

For the Accurate Books Bream Bay Cup and the Marsden Metals Group Bream Bay Sprint races, this year we are delighted to be presenting natural wood trophies which have been skilfully crafted by local artisan Mike Moodie.  

We will also be hosting the LoveRacing.NZ Pony Scurry after races 3 and 5 at the track. This is an exciting opportunity for young riders to showcase their skills and compete in a fun and supportive environment. The final of the Pony Scurry Series is planned for the Arrowfield Stud Plate Raceday at Hastings in September.

The Grandstand facilities of the Bayview Cafe, Beachside Bar will be open to all as well as our Members Lounge for you and your guests. The lower building of Sunline Bar, Parade Ring Deck and Cafe will also be open to Members, their Guests, Owners and Trainers with Eftpos and limited tab windows available in both areas. Frenchy's espresso van will be in the Grandstand.

The free bus will be departing from town at 10.15am from Kamo Club, 10.20am Kamo Hotel, 10.30am Kensington Tavern, 10.40am Rose St Bus Terminal and 10.45am Judge House of Ale.
